Open Source Science

A corner stone of science is reproducibility, and the most fundamental requirement for that is transparency about how the science was performed. On this page we showcase our commitment to Open Source Science and the principles of FAIRness by providing links not only to our open source software tools and fully annotated data repositories, but also to complex neural network models and articles that we consider ‘fully reproducible’, in that all necessary data and scripts to reconstruct all of their figures are made available.
