A major challenge in structural biology is to determine the structure and dynamics of large protein complexes and other biomolecular assemblies. We are developing computational tools to build and refine atomic models of protein using low-resolution data mostly from X-ray crystallography and single-particle cyro-EM. In particular we are combining of data analysis and protein structure prediction methods.
